Mostly just the dealerships imho. I took my car to the dealer becuase I needed a new soft top. The service writer (who, unfortunately I'd gotten to know pretty well) told me that I should take it directly to the shop they use. She said that they take their price and mark it up 50%. I did exactly that and saved $450.
