Unfornunately for you, the new rules for patents no longer allow for "prior art". Now its the first man to the patent office that gets the patent. This is as it should be. If a person doesnt have the desire to go to the patent office he should not be allowed to sit on the idea and then claim "prior art". This change took place just recently.
