[xj-s] Coolant Level Sensor Relocation

When the radiator shop tried to pressure test my radiator after
rodding, they couldn't get the coolant level sensor to quit leaking.
I considered a few things: 1) That sensor has NEVER come on. 2)
It's several inches below the top of the radiator, so if it DID come
on, I think it'd be too late. 3) I heard from this list once that
in later cars the sensor was relocated to the header tank. 4) If I
understand the way the system works, the header tank would have to be
basically empty before the level in the radiator would start to drop.

So, I told the guy to take the sensor out and plug the hole. If I
reinstall it, it'll probably be in the header tank. That's where you
guys come in; can someone tell me in some detail exactly WHERE this
sensor should go in the header tank? I suspect the important thing
is how far off the bottom.

The other thing I'd like to know is whether I should reinstall the
SAME sensor in the header tank, or whether a DIFFERENT sensor is
called for.
