What > temperature should the air be coming out of the vents?Do I need to dangle a > thermometer down into the vent to get an accurate reading? > > jb There are no known auto manufacturers ,compressor rebuilders or by in large most AC shop that would use any of these blended substitutes.Let alone warranty any of there ac parts.All blends require a special set of EPA approved fittings and would require separate recovery units as well.This problem has also created the need for identifiers so whatever has been installed in someones car can be identified before it contaminates a recovery tank with a industry accepted product.The EPAs approval of these alternitive products in no way conferms there ability to cool or not damage the ac system there interest being in the ozone.
