[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Jaguar Customer Feedback
Greetings all - I have been sending some out-takes of the Jag-lovers' conversations to internal Jaguar people, regarding the negative experiences some of you have recently had at Jaguar dealerships. (Bad mouthing of SIII, XJS in favor of the newer cars, etc.). There is good news and bad news. Good news is that if anyone has a negative experience at a dealer, the only way to get Jaguar Cars, Ltd. to address it is to phone (USA) 1-800-4-JAGUAR. This will initiate an escalation process involving the District Sales Manager. Dealers are independent businespeople; if Jaguar Cars does not hear of any bad practices, they cannot act on them. The bad news is that I seem to have ruffled a few feathers in the Jaguar Sales activity. I am a Ford employe (albeit a Jaguar-loving Ford employe) and they may see me as trying to look up their skirts. Anyway, one complaint they had with my feedback was that it was not specific enough. Partially my fault in not choosing good snippets from Jag-lovers. I am interested to see the continued success of our favorite marque, and a big part of this is the customer experience at the dealer. If any of you are not satisfied with your treatment at a dealer, please call the number above so that the issue can be addressed and corrected. Every current and potential Jaguar owner should be treated with the same respect they deserve. B.J. Kroppe - '82 XJ6 Follow-Ups:
