Economy, power/wt ratio ..??? Who cares.  I did not have such thoughts when
my Jaguar chose me.

Again, who cares?  An all alloy V12 would more than adequate.  Supercharged
V8. This must be some kind of a Ford joke, right?

New XJS was also too much for most people.  

Power is not everything, you must look at a total package.

If V12 is such a problem why do BMW and Merc have such engines.  Because
they are the ultimate power plants for the top of the range cars they
produce, that is why. Jag also HAS a V12 but they prefer to get rid of it,
where is the logic in this?
