XK's Unlimited offers a 4-pot brake kit for the MK2 I think.  It's not
cheap.

I've done it.  Details at

In short:
  420 calipers will fit
  You'll need new front springs- if you rally this car, I'd suggest using
cut down
   MK-10 springs like I did, S-type/420 springs will be too soft.
   Stub axle should fit (hubs are interchangeable)
   You'll need new brake rotors
   Take your front pistons and put them on the rear calipers to get a
pretty well
    balanced system.
