  I think we are definetely getting close to something workable here :).
  The filter would have to be upstream of the condenser to stop it from
  clogging up too. Add a bypass around the filter and condenser when 
  the car is cold and that should do it.

  Wait, hold the phone! Wouldn't the exhaust be cold enough after the
  condensers to blow it directly onto the radiator?
