I thought the recent comments by Roger Bywater were very interesting when he said the Jag race motors were based on the pre HE engine due to the poor exhaust valve shrouding of the HE head, and that only more torque rather than horsepower can be gained by hop up techniques. Someone else seemed to disagree with this but that was the last I heard.I was hoping this thread would develop into an interesting discussion.
