One thought I had on those that have tried or suggested some of the "foam in a can" type solutions to replace the foam on the sides of the radiator. Won't this create a problem if & when you need to remove the radiator for whatever reason? (neding to cut out the radiator) This could also create a mess for the shop that services your radiator (getting it rodded) when they un-solder the side tanks. What I used to replace my foam was too purchase some 4" by 4' form intended to insulate a window mounted A/C for your home. Squished this in the sides & cut in 1/2 to place under & top of the radiator. So far so good (all of 1 day). John Himes 88 XJ-S 114K Miles :-)
