Good choice. I did the same. The orig switches are true POS. Garbage inside
when I took them apart. Windows always stuck down of course.

I did the same (entire Seattle area). Why does it say you can find these at
any good Electronics store?

I was told it is "General Connector" which doesn't mean much. It does not
say anything but "GC" on the package.

I got three switches( factory conv sw also) by ordering them from Active
Electronics in Bellevue, WA, ph # (425) 881-8191. I believe Active is
Nationwide so there might be a local store near you. They are not normally
mail order, but I had them shipped to my door for about $40 including tax
and shipping (on my credit card). Took about a week.

They work great (about 2-3 hours install time), I like the light on the
switch and IHHO they look good. They don't quite fit as described - some
filing to make them fit, but no big deal.
