How about that stuff that they use for heavy duty packing? It comes in an aerosol can & you spray it into the box & then push in the thing you are trying to protect before the foam solidifies. If you make some cardboard forms with the radiator in place, and wax paper to prevent the foam from sticking to the radiator, you can fashion your own foam pieces. Now, where do you get it? Danged if I know.
