I need to >have this Beast running soon. Thanks Lots Bill Ah, just thought of one more thing. At the back of the water rail across the top of the manifold is a big gang of grounds. This is the fuel injection grounds, except a key one, and should go back to the main car harness. There will also be a braided ground strap that goes from here back down to the top rear intake manifold stud. On this stud should also be the final injection ground. This ground wire goes in to the engine side of the injection harness. This is the ground for the coolant temp sensor. If it is broken or not connected, the engine will display the exact symptoms you are getting; Crank and fire on the cold start injector. As soon as the thermo-time switch kicks out, no more firing. Ohm check the coolant temp sensor (roughly 2k-5k ohms depending on ambient temp), and ohm check the connector to ground. One side should show 0 ohms.
