Fellow Jag LOvers,I hav to tell you about my latest purchase.I hav been
looking for a good SJ6 3 for quite awhile,and then one day there she was!
A perfect car! I was expecting to pay top dollar for such a fine auto,but
the dealer said $5500us I said ok.
  I dearly wanted to know the history of the car but the dealer would not
tell me who he was.
So I let it go for now.Then I took her in for rear brake calip. rebuild
and the Jag mech asked me who I had purchased this fine car from? I told
him a dealer for $5500,he about fainted! I said why do you ask? He said
he has done all the work on this car for the last 3 years,and the PO had
spent over $12,000us in restoring it! Now my mouth fell open!! And he has
the receipts to prove it!! It seems the PO was a fellow from Japan on
assignment here to the states and got transferred back to Japan after
spending much $$ on this car! He sold it to dealer,not knowing what it
was worth and did not tell the dealer about all the work that had been
done to it. Sorry for his loss,But...happy for my good purchase!! Thanks
for letting me brag about her She is an exceptional auto!
