The engine slides down the ramps quite nicely -- you don't move it with body power, just 'persuade' it like you were a marshal artist -- and onto a cradle positioned between the ramps on the bottom. You'd probably be real upset if you knew how I slid the motor back to the end of the bed. I just backed up and stabbed the brakes. A couple of easy times to get the feel for the weight, and then moved it back six inches at a clip until it was at the back of the tailgate. John References:
