Because that's what I've always used ;-)

But after the varnish discussion maybe I should switch to a
natural/synthetic mix. There's one called DuraBlend and I know at least one
user that says his Ford truck with 140k miles + has engine parts that look
like new. The varnish removal theory would tend to support that claim. Best
of both worlds?
