RE: New service: Searchable Jag-Lovers archives on the Web

This question by Martin got me digging (now I *really* need some sleep!)

First: I found some postings to Jag-Lovers from the months April (not
complete), May (complete!), June (complete!), July (not complete) and
November (not complete) of '96 in my own mailbox. I added them to the
"new" archive section and had them indexed.

The "new" search engine is much more powerful than the "old", but both
accept so-called boolean searches. So, to complete Martin's search,
enter the following search expression:

stype or (s and type)

If using the "new" search page, make sure to select "Match: Boolean
expression" when trying a search like this.

I've added a help page to the "new" search page that explains this.

I would still really like to get in touch with people who have saved all
Jag-Lovers postings from a period of a month or more with all mail
headers intact!

The WWW address of the archive is still http://www.bitcon.no/jaglovers/

Gunnar
