I acquired my car about a year and a half ago. In the first few months, as I learned more about how it all worked, it seems I recall that the rear-passenger window lift controls did function. They do not now function. When I activate either switch, I can hear a slight clunk or click in the corresponding door, but not the slightest indication that the window is supposed to move. The front switches work the rear windows just fine. I've also been told that the master window switch is a 'kiddy' switch, mandated by the US market to make it possible to prevent the little darlin's from rolling down the windows themselves and, I suppose, jumping out. However, the master switch decativates ALL the window lifts. Further, not withstanding what I've been told otherwise by several Jag mechanics, the wiring diagram that comes with the car, shows the switch to be a Master switch (removes the ground from the entire circuit). Help! Regards, Peter Morris
