RE: My Latest Acquisition

I am new to this "forum" but thought I would introduce myself. I liked
this message regarding the marriage question. Mark, if you are married
can my wife meet yours?

I just bought (primarily for my wife) a 1985 XJ6. It's my first Jag and
we both love it so far. It's black on black, 47,000 original miles, one
owner with good service history. The best thing about it is the
interior condition for its age. Perfect leather, wood, carpets, etc.
The body is also solid, never any major damage, very good original
paint, a few door dings, etc. but no rust or leaking anywhere.

I also have a 74 chrome bumper MGB which is an ongoing seven year
rolling restoration and I am storing my buddies 67 Mustang convertible
which is the car my wife really complains about.

Any new owner advice on the Jaguar would be appreciated.

Regards,
Jerry
