[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] XJS carb tweaking?
Dear list.... I'm having a bit of a problem adjusting the idle on my '85 XJS. The carb is a Holley 4175. It's a 650 cfm, that with the hi-rise manifold and cam, probably should be an 850 cfm. I can't seem to get this driver to idle smoothly under a grand. Has anyone had better luck? My mentor, Veronica Coats of the fabulous North platte area, tells me it's probably a vacuum leak. Any ideas? Tom 8888888888 8 8 888 888 888 8 8 8 8 8 8 8 888 8 8 8 Follow-Ups:
