Yes it would fit. I'm not sure if the factory SIII XJ-12s came with rear bars, but I can find out. I know that the SI/SII V-12 sedans did not. Our car handles pretty well, and is made of all production Jaguar parts from one year or another. The rear bar, trailing arms and mounting hardware came from a 1979 XJ-S. The rest of the rear suspension is from an '88 XJ-S. Thanks again for your investigative work.
