This page is primarily for UK and USA readers - if anyone else wants to add a source anywhere else in the world (particularly in Australia/New Zealand as there are a lot of Jag-lovers out there) please mail details and we will add. Please note that we do not endorse any of the dealers or individuals listed here and any contact you make or deals you undertake are solely your own responsibility. As usual BUYER BEWARE! and yes, there are fakes (and genuine reproductions) out there....

How do I find out about collecting brochures?

There is a bible for Jaguar automobilia collectors. Ian Cooling, a UK collector of over 30 years experience is one of the acknowledged experts in the field of all Jaguar automobilia. His book (front and back covers below) is a must for any serious collector - in fact for anyone even slightly interested in Jaguar automobilia. As well as brochures, it covers all the other things you could possibly collect related to Jaguar and SS Cars etc. It is now out of print but can be ordered direct from Ian online at the URL below at way below cover price. (Bay View Books, ISBN: 187097994X)
If you would like to order a signed copy of the above book, or get details of Ian Cooling's famous worldwide JAC Postal Auction (all Jaguar material and there were over 1200 lots in the last auction) and his Jaguar Automobilia magazine, please visit the site at The Jaguar Automobilia Collector. The next auction will hopefully have over 2000 lots. You can register your interest (no obligation) on the site

Many magazines carry articles on brochure collecting, particularly Jaguar World Monthly who recently ran a series of articles on Jaguar mascots (some 25 pages) and currently in the sixth part. The JEC (Jaguar Enthusiasts Club) magazine ran a monthly series for two years.

Where can I find brochures for sale

Jag-Lovers JagAds

We have our own international free Advert Exchange at JagAds on the Jag-lovers web server. You can place your own For Sale and Wanted entries for SS/Jaguar/Daimler Automobilia in the correct section (all via the Web) and delete them when you are finished with your entry/entries. This Exchange does NOT allow commercial/traders adverts (use JagWeb JagAds.Com for these). Jag-lovers itself take no part in the sales but reserves the write to delete and entries not complying with the advertised rules.

Along with this, we also have Jag-lovers Collectibles Homepage supporting the Jag-lovers Collectible discussion list and forum.

Many auctioneers will sell brochures at some time or other. However, Brooks consistently have the most - don't get carried away though if you go to one!

On-line Auctions
The online auction site eBay usually has loads of Jaguar brochures and other collectibles - you can find it at Ebay

Also the Internet Auction List which comprehensively lists lots and lots of auctions available on the web where you might find some brochures.

The following are some of the dealer and other sources I know of - please mail me with details of any others that you think should appear here. You can even surf and purchase direct on the Web in a few cases and I'm sure this facility will increase.

The entries are not in any particular order - just the order they came out of the file or mail in.
