[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] [xj-s] Checking up on the service manager
I have an 88 Hess, and checked some time ago on recalls for this car. The web site states you can call Jag USA, and get details of when, and if this work has been carried out on your car.You only have to give them the VIN no. I called JAG USA, and they basically said they did not keep records, bul__t, and that I must contact my local dealer. I go to the dealer and they say they have a policy of not giving out this information? What's the deal here, this sounds like they don't want to give me any data. How do I know the recalls were done, if I just purchased the car? Dave Johnson Two Hess Conv.
