There are two sets of drain tubes that could be involved here: 1. Two small diameter tubes draining condensation from the a/c system, running almost vertically either side of the gear box. You can see them from underneath the car or if you take off the trim panels in the footwells. 2. Two LARGE diameter tubes draining rain water etc from the wiper motor well. If either set of tubes get plugged you get wet feet. In case #1 the water will be clean, because it's condensate, in case #2 it may be dirty but doesn't have to be. Clear out all four, worry no more.
