I know the type of seal you mean, but don't know of a source. I wonder if it would be possible to improvise something similar with a really thin O-ring...? The last time I had occasion to deal with a banjo (radiator bleed pipe), I annealed the copper washers and coated them lightly with blue RTV stuff (and let them set before fitting).
