Autoweek Online are reporting that the next Jaguar XK coupe will possibly be the second Jaguar after the flagship XJ sedan to have an aluminum body. The XK, which won't be replaced until 2005, will be on the same platform as the new XJ or at least will share major component sets. "It wouldn't make sense to do just one aluminum-bodied car", Mark White, Jaguar Cars manager of body-in-white design said at the press launch of the XJ here. http://www.autoweek.com/ Submissions for approval to this list to: jag-news@jag-lovers.org.
