Hi all, Does anyone know the colour code of the wire that goes from the Lighting Logic Module to the Master MPU, that controls the headlight low beam (right side only) ? I have a dead right lowbeam headlight. (XJ40 Four-eye) The bulb is good, the relay box is good (yes, I opened it and maually tripped the relay), however, I have just been under the passenger side dash fixing <g> the blower fans, and I suspect I may have damaged a cable. Problem is, there's over 100 thin wires down there -- I could be at this awhile... BTW, for anyone who may also have dead blower fans, they are completely serviceable. On mine, the ground side brushes on both fan motors were almost gone. A serious cleaning, relube and new brushes has both motors spinning at warp speed. Total cost = $20.00 including enough motor cleaner and lube to do several more motors. Compare that to $300.00 each for new blower "assemblies" from Jag. I have found, on many occasions, the "cheap fix" is all that's required -- much Jag stuff is serviceable, if you are willing to spend your time to do it. Mike Everatt 1987 XJ40
