jag email- what are you guys doing out there?

Today I recieved about 10 jag-lovers messages with odd headers.  I've
pasted
an example header below.

What's odd about this header is that there is no "to" or "cc" entry in the
header.  The only reason I noticed this is because I filter the jag-lovers
email into it's own mailbox, and my filter doesn't catch these messages?

And what's up with the mail.jag-lovers newsgroup??
