If your car has ever been serviced by a Jaguar dealer, then they should have a record of work done against the VIN. If you're extremely lucky, the ECU has been changed once before and someone was smart enough to put the serial number on record. Otherwise, I doubt it, but why don't you try to give Coventry a call ?
