Kirby, I agree about the brushes. I used some cleaner designed for RC cars, and a small stiff brush to clean the commutator, and that got the motors going great -- except that the ground side brushes are almost worn out. Do you know of a source for the brushes? Kamloops isn't known for having a great variety of stores that carry small parts like this.
