I have not purchased one of the antennas with remote motor, but thanks to a tip from a contributor to this list, I looked it up in the J. C. Whitney cataloge. The drawing shows the entire unit (I think the P.O. of my '84 XJ6 put one of these in since it has no delay and a slightly different sound - it works fine). Perhaps the party that suggested this antenna can speak of his/her direct experience. I have no idea where you could obtain the worm gear.
