road trip

Fellow jag lovers,
I will be taking leave from the group for a couple of weeks.  My wife and
I are taking Fritz for a spin now that he is mechanically much sounder. 
We plan on traveling Route 66 through Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, New
Mexico, Arizona, and possibly California.  We have no set itinerary - we
will go as far as we go until Feb 26, then we will hit the four lane and
rocket back to Indiana.
This is a shakedown for the car.  If we make it there and back without
any major malfunctions Fritz will be rewarded with body work and a total
paint job.  I would hate to paint it first and then blow it up on that straight
stretch of road between Amarillo and Albuquerque!
