If the roads in Colorado had such a device designed, we would think them the smoothest possible. However, the vibration occurs only with slightly more than moderate brake, begins to be noticeable around 50 mph, and then is continuous down to stop. We have reduced the rumble considerably by re-packing and re-seating the rear bearings, and I discovered during recent slick road spells that the 'limited-slip' isn't limited any more. All of which points my analysis further into the IRS. Our local dealer will have replacement parts next week, he says, so I should finally have a decision.
