STEVE, Mine did that. Try adjusting the position of the door -- there are two small bolts holding it in place. Mine had moved (probably forced by PO trying to open stuck door!) Also -- a bit of grease on the pin that holds the door closed. Check the operation with a small srewdriver or other pointy object. Push it straight down and watch the pin action. There is also a relay in the "boot", if I remember right.
