Brake Reservoir Hose Clamp

The brake fluid reservoir hose clamps are made of brass and are marked like
this: "COLLIER"  C14 exactly like that, including the quotation marks. The
clip is made of one piece of flat brass, 7/16" wide at one end, then
tapering down to 13/64" wide and wrapped around the hose to the second end,
which is formed into a cup or helmet shape which tucks up through a
D-shaped hole near the first end. The wide end is folded over double, then
the corners are clipped with a radius, then it is bent up at a 90 deg
angle, and the screw threads through the double layer and pushes into the
helmet cup. The screw is brass with a slotted cheese head and 3/4" length
measured under the head. The thread measures .119 diameter and by my
American thread gauge it looks like 40 threads per inch, so it might be a
#5-40 UNC or more likely a 1/8 BSW. - Rob Reilly
