Kirby Palm's Jaguar XJ-S Help Book

You have found your way to the www.jag-lovers.org/xj-s/book site.  This subsite of the jag-lovers site is associated with the book "Experience in a Book: Help for the Jaguar XJ-S Owner" by Kirby Palm.  From here, you can read all about the book and then download it for free for printing on your own printer.  You can also peruse some collections of photographs of parts and assemblies described in the book; the book itself contains illustrations but no photographs.

If you have questions about your car, I recommend you join the xj-s and v12-engine discussion lists and post your questions there. You can join from the jag-lovers page .  From that site you can also browse or search the archives of those lists to see if your problem has already been discussed, and you can do that without joining the lists.

Don't forget that if you own an XJ-S it would behoove you to visit a few of the other model pages on the jag-lovers.org site, since much of the material presented carries over.  In particular, you should check out the lumps page; despite catering to those so base as to install Chevy engines in Jaguars, their faq page includes useful info on wheels, suspension, paint codes -- even a nifty idea for making the side markers blink with the turn signals.

Another useful site is the xj lovers page , which is dedicated to the saloons of the same vintage as the XJ-S.  Much of the cars share the same hardware, including suspension and brakes.  Their FAQ's will therefore answer many of your questions.

Please help support the move to the new site, and DONATE what you can.
A big Thank You to those who have donated already!
