Description: This is the evaporator assembled. The three black pieces fastened with four screws each are the attachment pieces that slip over the lower metal dash edge to hold the evaporator in place.

Description: Evaporator viewed from the left side. The control wires are seen extending rearwards.

Description: A view of the back of the evaporator. The red wire is the power wire to the blower motor, a ground wire will go to the right side of the car.

Description: Compressor mounted, the rear facing alternator is to the left. The idler pulley is seen but will be replaced.

Description: Compressor and dryer. the hoses are not connected to the dryer as the system has not been charged at the time of the photo.

Description: Compressor before installation. There is a plate bolted to the engine side of the compressor that provides attachment points to the engine. The two bolts facing you are for attachment of the compressor to the mounting bracket.

Description: Another view of mounting plate, the 'long leg' attaches to the top left bolt of the WP, the 'short leg' attaches to a bracket on the front two exhaust manifold studs. Service valves are in place.

Description: Right footwell with the hole for the blower motor before hardura installed. I used 3M VHB tape to hold 'Velcro' strips in place.

Description: Hardura with 'Velcro' sewn to it to hold it in place above the evaporator.

Description: Hardura in place. Most of this will not be seen, I used 'Velcro' to avoid placing screws and avoid glue.

Description: This is the new idler pulley I had made. The black pulley is an idler pulley for a serpentine belt and I did not think it worked well.

Description: End on view of the new idler pulley. It allows the A/C belt to track truer. Bearing is replacable.
